Writehand terms

Writehand provides content generation for blogs, landing pages, and blog refreshes. A generation credit starts one full content job. You are responsible for reviewing the result before publication, including facts, claims, citations, rights, and suitability. We do not guarantee search rankings or business results.

Credits and billing

A single credit costs US$19. Ten credits cost US$150, and twenty credits cost US$300. Monthly plans add ten or twenty credits after each successful US$150 or US$300 renewal payment. Prices exclude any tax calculated by Paddle at checkout. Unused purchased credits roll over and do not expire while your account remains active. A monthly plan continues until canceled in the Paddle customer portal; canceling stops future renewals and does not remove credits already paid for.

Jobs, failures, and refunds

We reserve one credit before submitting a job. A confirmed submission failure returns the credit. If the outcome is uncertain, we pause automatic retries and reconcile the job before deciding whether to return the credit. To request a refund or resolve a failed job, email support@writehand.net. Refunds are handled under applicable law and Paddle's payment processes. If a payment is reversed, the associated credits may be removed and further generation paused while the account is reviewed.

Use of the service

Only submit material you have the right to use. Do not use Writehand to generate unlawful content or to expose private systems through source URLs. We may suspend use that threatens the service or other users. Writehand may change its features or prices for future purchases, with existing paid credits honored under the terms in effect when purchased.
