Writehand processes the brief you provide, the URLs and source material you reference, and the generated result so it can run and deliver your content job. It also stores your account identifier, email address when supplied by your sign-in provider, credit balance, job status, and purchase records.

Where the information goes

Your content brief and referenced material are sent to our n8n content workflow, which uses AI and research services to generate the result. Your sign-in provider handles authentication. Paddle handles checkout, tax, payment details, invoices, and subscription management; Writehand receives transaction and customer identifiers and payment status, not card numbers. ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude may process the text you share with those clients under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep jobs, outputs, credits, and account records while your account is active so you can retrieve work and we can reconcile purchases. If you request deletion, we will remove content and account data that we no longer need, while retaining billing or dispute records where law requires. The n8n workflow and its providers may have their own retention periods.

Your choices

You can avoid including sensitive personal information in a brief. For access or deletion requests, email support@writehand.net. Include the email address used for your account so we can verify your request. We will respond according to applicable law.

This policy should be reviewed against the final hosting, identity, n8n, and AI provider configuration before launch.
